Last week saw us launch our FAR technology during the inaugural Platform Markets Group Limited (Platform) Conference in Antibes.

Platform has been established by an experienced team well-known over the past decade for delivering high-end events, content-rich programs, pre-eminent networking, and quality production in the technology and finance sectors. The company focuses on enabling opportunities for transactions between investors, buyers, and sellers across planet-scale digital infrastructure fabric which now produces the Platform conference series.

Key participants at the conference included PE, Alt, Pension Funds, a number of banks, financiers & other institutional investors with the strategic and financial leadership of data centre colocation, cloud players, hyperscale platforms, companies investing in connected digital infrastructure, IX internetexchanges, terrestrial & space edge, fibre, towers, airborne solutions, light airports, blockchain, crypto exchanges, organizations and government agencies owning or promoting digital super parks and regions, energy investors, new energy resource & power platform developers, cable landing stations, site selection specialists, real estate advisors, law firms and professional intermediaries.

FAR treated attendees to 'Augmented Reality Sign-Posting', a virtual art gallery and sponsor logo's inside the wonderful Palais des Congrès Antibes together with a horizon display down on the beachfront with some more fun visuals including HM Queen Elizabeth and characters from Star Wars at the sponsor events; it was well received as a technology and conversations evolved around its commercialization and where it sat in the metaverse/miniverse space.

The soft launch allowed the FAR team to learn more about the demands on data centres and the challenges of implementing robust and cost-neutral ESG initiatives in
this space. Not only was this event well attended and well run, it really delivered on content, speakers and curation.

We are looking forward to next year's event already.
